Based on an industry multi-standard agreement (SWDM-MSA), cost effectively bandwidth upgrading from 25G to 100G without changing existing fibers

Description

Gigaopto’s GTQ-L08B4-02DC is a kind of pluggable optical transceiver uses SWDM (Short Wavelength Division Multiplex) technology working with multimode fiber, providing 4 channels in the 850-940nm region at 25.78Gbps/lanes, which can transmit a multiplexed 100G signal over duplex multimode fiber with an LC connector, a max transmission up to 75m on OM3/100m on OM4/150m on OM5.

Digital diagnostics functions are available via an I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA.

3. TDEC is calculated from the measured TDECm using the methods in 3.6. TDECm is measured following the method in IEEE 802.3 clause 95.8.5 using a 12.6 GHz bandwidth reference receiver for all lanes.
